These manual inline bellows valves use an elastomeric bonnet seal and provide a seal from 2 atmospheres to E-9mbar range. Good for over 1 million cycles. The body material is stainless steel 304 and the actuator is aluminum 6061. Bakeable to 200C. Offered with KF, ISO-LF, and CF flanges. The UHV version of the valve uses a conflat metal bonnet seal and is leak tight to 1E-10mbar-l/s.
