Pneumatic CF Inline Bellows Valve – HV and UHV

These pneumatic CF inline bellows valves use an elastomeric bonnet seal or a copper OFHC seal and provide a seal from 2 atmospheres to E-9mbar range. Good for over 1 million cycles. The body material is stainless steel 304 and the actuator is aluminum 6061. Bakeable to 200C.
